Meet Georgie, a truly one-of-a-kind 4-year-old draft cross gelding standing 15.1hh, flashy sorrel, long mane and tail, with an eye catching presence. He is the ideal draft cross as he has the quarter horse look but the draft horse build. He is fun, safe, broke, and versatile. He is incredibly easy to be around: always the first one to meet you out in a 100-acre pasture or a dry lot pen, easy to load, haul, shoe, and a total gentleman on the ground. Our entire family and even the neighbor kids ride him- from the 6-year-old to the adults everyone feels confident and comfortable on him. On the trails, he is confident, surefooted, and quiet minded. He crosses water, goes through brush, and navigates rough terrain with ease. This fall, Georgie was used to sort and ship on, then open and shut the gate for the trailers to come into the pen to load. In the arena, he is just fun! He has all the fancy buttons: sliding spot, spins, great handle, and soft responsive feel. Always willing to learn anything new with a willing attitude. The kids love to use Georgie for their extreme trail course for fun. Tarps, jumps, bridges, tarps on barrel, keyhole, poles, you name it he has probably done it.  Georgie is more than just a good horse. He’s the kind that becomes a part of your family. Description: If this gelding doesn’t turn your head, I’m not sure what will! Vintage is one hand broke. He will really collect up nicely and has one of the smoothest trots I’ve ever sat. He side passes to open and shut gates, has clean lead departures, and lopes nice circles. He aims to please, carries himself with class, and has all the makings of a high quality using and performance horse. Vintage has been used for day work, has experience at the cattle sales, and has been started in the roping pen. He has been hauled all over and enjoys getting out and seeing new country. He crosses water, logs, and all types of obstacles with confidence. He’s great for the farrier, stands quiet to be saddled and mounted, gets along with pasture mates well and is clean and quiet in a stall. Stands 14.2 hh.
