Armani is a beautiful 5 year old palomino gelding. With his stocky build and at 14.3 hands he’s just the right size to fit many different riders. Armani has good ground manners, making him a joy to handle both on the ground and under saddle. With his beautiful palomino color he is sure to turn heads wherever he goes.He will pick up the correct leads, starting to do lead changes fluently, and rates your saddle. This gelding bridles up, rides nice and level headed, has a nice soft one hand spin with a good stop ( he has had sliders on). Although Armani would make for a beautiful show horse, he is equally a good all around character ranch using gelding. He has been exposed to tarps, whips, drug the log, obstacle courses, traffic, ATVS, and has been roped off of some. Armani has been rode all over outside. down the trails, and up in the mountains. We have used Armani to start colts and he has been exceptional! He will get right up next to them to snub them up or hold them there. Armani is sure footed on the trails, will cross water, logs and down fall with no issues. Armani handles new things with ease and has been a pleasure to ride. He is easy to catch, shoe, will ground tie or tie solid, trailer and haul with no issues. He is straight and conformationally correct. He does have a small cosmetic bump on his front leg that does not affect him. So whether your looking for something to get you noticed in the show pen or on the trails, Armani has so many qualities that make him a nice all around gelding. He comes with current PPE. “Red” is a 16.1h, 2016 sorrel gelding who has been my personal horse for the last 3 years. I truly don’t have enough nice things to say about him! He is an absolute gentleman to have around and has seen all the sights. He is super soft in the face, has nice collection, and works off your leg. Red’s been ranched off of, ponied colts, been ridden in parades, carried a flag, and has seen many miles on the trail over the last few years. He will drag anything from a calf to a skier behind him and be happy doing it. Red spent his last summer as my horse working on a dude ranch and guided guests across creeks and climbed rugged terrain no questions asked. He is very good for the farrier and vet, loads into and trailers quietly, and in my time with him has taken any level of rider and packed them around perfectly. 6 year old flashy bay gelding, guaranteed to draw attention. He is very broke and WILL handle. This horse is not for a beginner or novice rider- he has the edge of any great competition horse and can get nervous because he is still young and full of excess energy. Not to the point yet where he can sit for a month and go straight to town, but is close. He has been our “go-to” for about a year now and has done just about everything. He has been used on the ranch, is a dream to brand on, lives in the feedlot, and has seen about 200 steers in the roping arena as well. Gather cows, sort pairs, doctor and load yearlings, head/heel, break away, pull sick animals in the feedlot, and get gates with ease. He is about 85% a finished bridle horse with a good stop and decent spin. Loads, ties, and stands great on the fronts and fair on the backs for the farrier. This little horse knows NO quit, has a big heart and will make someone a great prospect to go any direction and I do mean “any” as he takes every new task in stride.
