Description: 7 YR OLD PALOMINO GELDING

Bilybob Apache Sunfr is a big handsome 7-year-old palomino gelding that has a quiet
eye and typically low-key disposition. He has been ridden in the arena and around the ranch
and has a nice walk, trot, and lope. If you are looking for a nice rope horse, he is your guy. He
has been roped on around the ranch, in the branding pen, and team roped out of the heading
box. He likes roping and has excelled at each one. He knows his job and gets in position nicely
to make roping much easier. He is 16 hands tall, tough, and not overly sensitive, making
dragging livestock easy for him. He would make a great horse for an assertive rider that wants
to do a job, although he has done well letting a few green ropers learn on him. Even with
beginner ropers riding him, he would get in position to head the steers and stick there. He is not
as quick or hot as other rope horses, and doesn’t tend to get excited in the box, making him a
good one to learn to rope on. Although good for a novice roper, he is not a horse for a novice
rider. He can get bored or have an opinion and does best with a confident assertive rider that
gives him work to do.
He has a scar on his lower left leg from a cut/scrape injury last summer but has healed
