Gunnin for Wimps is a 13yr old AQHA Registered chestnut gelding that stands at 14.3 hands tall and is stout made. This guy is a Ranch Rope and Trail horse, and is very accomplished. he is a finished Reiner with lifetime earnings exceeding $12,800. 

He is an own son of Colonels Smoking Gun, a.k.a. Gunner, 

AQHA’s number 1 all time Reining horse sire and NRHA hall of fame horse whose offspring have one in excess of $15.3 million dollars. He’s by an own daughter of Wimpys little step who is NRHA’s #1 all time living sire to exceed 13.5 million in progeny earnings. Only the second horse in history to ever achieve this. Only surpassed by this horses sire, a.k.a. Gunner. So as you can see, he is not here by accident. 

He is a very smooth, elegant, moving horse that will let you score big in the show pen. Excellent, with all the different reining maneuvers. Has a  great turn around and big sliding stop. He is also been used as a team roping horse heading and heeling . Has also had some breakaway calves roped on him. He is a very well rounded gelding that you can take out on the ranch and put a good hard day on, or go drag calves to the branding fire. He has a great personality and is always kind and gentle. You can lay him off for months at a time and just go cinch him up step on and he will lope off flat. Has been in the hands of some of the best in the business. This horse will ride equally as well in a halter or with a  bridal rein under his neck. This horse is phenomenal. He is always in the right place and never gets out of shape.
