Moonlight is an excellent trail and mountain horse who is very willing and good natured. He rides outside perfectly, over obstacles, down the trails, out in the desert, gathers cows like a champ, and has fun doing any task he is asked to do. He is a beautiful gelding with unusual color, a long mane and tail, and chocolate highlights. He saddles up like a gentleman every ride. He is well mannered, hauls, stalls, pastures, bathes, and he’s my farrier’s favorite horse to shoe because he has excellent feet and stands like a rock.  He has been my go-to trail horse this past year and we have been on many adventures in groups and out alone. He is independent and confident, sure-footed, stout, and strong. He can outwalk any big horse all day long and he has! He is not spooked by snakes, dogs, badgers, javelinas, snowbirds who drive too fast on dirt roads, motorcycles and side by sides. He is good-minded and safe. In the arena he has a nice stop and turnaround, opens and closes gates, has nice lead departures and the look to catch a judge’s eye. With his heart, speed, and solid foundation he would make an amazing show, ranch, goat tying, rope, playday or junior rodeo horse. He is UTD on vaccines, health care, dental and farrier care.
