Casper is a 9 year old 14 hand Grade Quarter Draft cross gelding with striking chrome- four white socks and a blaze- that’s sure to turn heads. This past year he has been used extensively as a dude horse and has consistently shown great care in navigating tough terrain with his riders. With years of experience in the mountains, he’s done it all from trail riding to packing out elk. Nothing phases him, whether it’s crossing creeks, bogs, logs or bridges- Casper handles it all with ease. He’s light in the hand as a pack horse and smooth under saddle, making him perfect for long distance rides. Though he prefers the trail, Casper also shows impressive athleticism in the arena, handling ropes and pulling logs or dummies. His only quirk is he can be a bit-head shy, but with time he builds trust. A reliable, versatile gelding. Casper is ready for his next adventure! Dove Creek has a great neck rein and walks, trots and lopes on a loose rein. You can move his body parts anywhere you want. He sidepasses, two tracks, spins, backs, will flex at the pole and if he's to tall for Grannie to get on you can lay him on the ground and get on that way. Her dam an own daughter of Smart Lil Ricochet, progeny earnings in excess of 3.7 million. “Rosie” has raised us a handful of foals, she is 6 panel N/N, 15h, easy breeder, easy foaler. We did not breed her for a 2025 foal, we wanted to offer her as a saddle mare, where her true quality lies. This mare could be easily hauled as a ranch versatility mare, sorter, trail mare, etc. As well as continue her journey as a heel horse. She is tough, gritty, and will take on any challenge placed in front of her. She will compete in the Open Ranch Horse, Trail Course, and Team Roping Competition.
