Sanka is a 7 year old Grade gelding. He stands 15.1 hands tall, and he’s super gentle. He is really good to shoe and easy to catch. Sanka was easy to start and has always been willing. He has done all aspects of ranch work, branding hundreds of calves and sorting lots of cattle in both corrals and outside. He’s been roped on outside quite a bit and has had a little bit of feedlot time. You can doctor by yourself on him. He’s the kind of horse you can take to town or take your mom on a ride with. I’ve started lots of colts off him. He’s been out of the box a little bit, but not enough to say he’s a team roping horse. Rooster has done all aspects of ranch work, trailing cows on the desert, branding calves, sorting, doctoring. He’s also been used on a BLM Wild Horse and Burro feedlot to wrangle wild horses. He has a scar in his left eye but it has never bothered him. Rooster is a great to shoe, catch, trailer and gets along with other horses. He’s been my go to horse and is good for anyone to ride.
